Anorexia research paper help?

i'm doing a research paper on the causes, effects on both the family and individual, as well as the history and the effedct on society about anorexia. i need help with the history part the only information i can find is that it was given its name in the late nineteenth century(1870) any help is greatly apperciated and also need help with citing my sources
