How do i create objects to sell in second life??? please answer?

I am already a member of second life, so do not just post a link to second life, i am a member. I need to know how to make objects to sell for lindens. I really like designing clothes and furniture, especially. Please tell me how i can do this. If you can explain it in non-technical terms, or simplified technical terms, that would be excellent.
