I am in a franchise fantasy league with an 81.8 million hard cap. We are currently underway in the draft and I need a cheap high potential player. I've narrowed it down to Matt Duchene, Cody Hodgson, Patrik Berglund, Michael Frolik, Patrick O'Sullivan, Sam Gagner... Who's the best candidate to have a really good season.
