I have 7 cysts in the right and 4 in the left.?

I would get a biopsy because just looking at cysts does not determine anything. Some doctors will remove them even if they are benign because they may become malignant eventually. For the pain maybe tynenol but ask your doctor first. I hope everything turns out well!
