Traditional ways of spelling is, in my opinion, the better way to go. I'm tired of people trying to be "unique" and changing the spelling of names so that they are almost unrecognizable. I mean, who spells "Sophia/Sofia" as "S-O-P-H-E-A"? There's no reason to add an extra "m" or "e" to "Emily" and "Isobell" isn't even spelled in a way that can be pronounced "Isabell". So, to answer your question: Isabelle, Ashely, Sophia or Sofia, and Emily.
