FX Prime Brokerage - fee or spreads?

An FX PB settles a client's trades with counterparts that the client has traded with. The more trades the client does, the more fees they pay. Fee schedules will vary amongst PB's based on many factors and can be complex but a very basic example would be where the client pays $10 for every trade the PB settles for them.
