Are shih tzus...?

I have a one year old Shih Tzu and a four year old Bichon Frise and YES they are both DOGS, size doesn't matter. My dogs go to the beach, they swim, they play fetch, they LOVE big dogs, if anything they think they are big dogs, they have big dog syndrome. And yes they do wear clothes on occasion, but I have seen big dogs wearing clothes too so, when it is 10 below everybody wears a coat.
