Child leaning to one side - just started suddenly this morning?

My 18 month old daughter woke up this morning and as she was trying to stand up she kept falling down - almost as a drunkard would - she kept trying to stand up but couldnt get her balance and started to cry as if it was very uncomfortable. I thought it was just the initial "I just woke up" syndrome but she wouldnt eat (no fever) and still acts like cant gain her balance/equilibrium. She isnt tugging at her ears as if it would be an ear infection. Just seems extremely uncoordinated and unbalanced and just started this morning
