Could someone tell me...?

I sew in weave to make my hair look longer, but I want it to look as natural as possible, how can I hide the tracks better and maybe possibly wear it up in a ponytail? I watch "Girlfriends" and Mya and Toni wear weaves and theres are so versitile and I want to achieve the same thing but dont know how, if any beauticians out there have any suggestions please be willing to donate them to me, only mature responses only. thanks!!
