Do other owners of a 2007 Chevy HHR have a rear wiper problem?

What is happening is the rear wiper does not have enough pressure against the rear window to completely clear the window. It misses various parts throughout the window. Usually on the outside edge of the wiper blade!!! Anybody know where you can get a replacement spring and not just the whole arm? Anyone?
