My 4 week old has not had a bowel movement in 5 days and I'm concerned. Is this normal?

We contacted her pediatrician the other night and purchased Childrens Glycerin Suppositories which we used Tues. night. She has not had a bowel movement since. I am feeding and supplementing with a bottle.
