Wanted to buy: new William C. Hammond book?

"For Love of Country," the sequel to "A Matter of Honor," was reportedly published in April 2009, but I can't find a copy for sale anywhere. Have checked Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Ebay, and berland House (the publisher). Does anyone know where I can buy a copy of this book?
