What should we do?

well my x boyfriend and i broke up b/c his x told him she was pregnat so we took time apart .b4 we stop seeing each he was telling me that he still wanted 2 b w/ me but he wants to take care of the baby. now its been a month and he told that the baby wasn't his so we gave each other a kiss and hugged. we rnt together but wat should we do?
