Why people view snobbish people as bad people?

Do you like clical music like me? snobbish is I think character of person which seem cold and arrogant to other people not the standard you live up to. high standard people generally have kind character not snobbish at all. actually I noticed low standard people have snobbish character that they don't want to accept high standard culture and offensive about high standard culture with their ignorance.
