Peach Fuzz on the sides of the face and chin on a Woman?

I've always had blonde hair on the sides of my face, jawline. However I notice that I have a lot of it, especially while looking at in natural light. I now also am noticing a lot of blonde chin hair, underneath my jaw. They're all blonde but it is very easy to see in natural light and I do not like it at all! They are random sparse, straight small hair that are blonde and sporadic on my jaw and beneath it, and then it's very heavy on the sides of my face...kind of next to my ear then going down to my jar, almost where sideburns would be. I'm 27yrsold, I've never been pregnant, and I would REALLY like to have this hair gone. In-fact, I would love to have a completely hairless face, to allow for a better makeup canvas and because I simply don't understand why I have all this hair on my face! Why do I have this and what is the best method for removal? I'm considering threading, and perhaps laser or electrolysis in the near future if I have to. Another embarring thing, that is completely new to me (facial hair is not because I've always had that) but I have this body hair that sprouts.. it's dark hairs that are sporadic around my every once in awhile! I have to tweezers them. This has only been happening the last year or 2, but it is a nuisance, and kind of embarring, as I don't know why i get them or if any other female deals with this. They're will be 2-4 hairs, dark hairs, around each nipple every month or so. They're easy to remove...but I wish I didn't get them in the first place. Anyone have answers?
